About Jamee
I believe that people are inherently creative, resourceful, and relational. But life’s complexities can sometimes make it hard to access those parts of ourselves. In counseling, I offer a safe, supportive space to unpack what’s going on, share your story, and reflect with honesty and compassion.
My approach is holistic and strengths-based. I integrate solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, existential philosophy, and person-centered therapy. Together, we’ll build a collaborative relationship where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.
