About Raquel
I'm passionate about helping people navigate the complex, messy, and meaningful parts of life. Whether you're working through unhealthy patterns, moving through a major life transition, or simply wanting to feel more confident and connected—I create space for us to explore those dynamics and work toward a more fulfilling and aligned life.
I believe that growth often comes with discomfort—and that healing doesn’t happen by avoiding it, but by moving through it with support and intention. My goal is to build a relationship rooted in authenticity, trust, and respect—so that you feel truly seen, heard, and valued throughout our work together.
