Hi, I’m Laura Vogelsang, LMSW
Therapist | Relationship Builder | Believer in Hopeful Change
If you’re feeling stuck, navigating change, or trying to make sense of old patterns that no longer serve you, I’d be honored to walk with you. We’ll move at your pace, explore what matters, and work toward growth—together.
About Laura
I’m passionate about making sure no one has to walk through hard times alone. I believe deeply in the power of relationships—especially the therapeutic one—as a foundation for hope, healing, and meaningful change.
In our work together, you can expect a space where you feel safe, heard, and valued—even when things get hard. Therapy often involves uncomfortable emotions and honest reflection, and I’ll meet you there with empathy, curiosity, and a steady presence.
What It's Like to Work With Me
My style is collaborative, grounded, and flexible. I’ll meet you where you are—whether that means slowing down, exploring patterns, or learning new ways to cope. I believe your past experiences shaped your current coping skills, and sometimes those same strategies start to get in the way.
Together, we’ll explore what’s no longer working and build something more supportive in its place. I use a mix of bottom-up and top-down approaches to tailor therapy to both neurotypical and neurodivergent styles of learning and processing.
Growth isn’t linear—and therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. We'll work together to understand what matters to you, what gets in your way, and how to move toward something more aligned with your values.

“You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Just showing up is a brave and meaningful first step.”

I specialize in helping clients better understand themselves, their patterns, and the experiences that shaped them. My work often centers around:
Navigating anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Understanding and adjusting unhelpful coping strategies
Exploring identity, values, and self-worth
Building insight into how past experiences affect the present
Working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients
Supporting growth through practical tools and deeper reflection
My approach is relational and adaptable — rooted in the belief that therapy should honor your unique story and support your goals, at your pace.
